Refund policy

We have a 5-day EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 5 days after your item has been delivered to request any exchange.

If you shopped in store, the customer has 5 DAYS ONLY to come in for an exchange. If requirements of exchange are not met, we cannot exchange the items.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or invoice number.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at angelsboutiqueexchange@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will need to pay for the shipping fees to and from the location.

Exchange Requirements:

  • The request for the exchange must be made and sent with the original invoice within 5 days from the delivery date.
  • ALL  items MUST be in their original condition with tags in their original locations. Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (i.e makeup, deodorant, lotion, etc).
  • We reserve the right to reject an exchange if we do not find the product  meets our expectations.

Exchanges will be processed within 3-7 business days.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted and to see what you would like to exchange it for.
